Docplanner, a leading digital healthcare platform, introduced an online consultation system along with payments functionality in 2020. In 2022, I joined the team as a product designer to improve the end-to-end payment desktop and app experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

My role was to create an end-to-end digital payment flow that served both patient convenience and doctor efficiency. The solution enabled specialists to handle payments directly within the Docplanner SaaS platform—improving transparency, reducing no-shows, and centralizing payment settings alongside calendar management.

At the same time, I designed the patient in-app wallet—an intuitive payment experience that supports saved cards and quick, one-tap payments.

Since its launch in 2024, it quickly gained traction, reaching significant adoption in all 6 countries where Docplanner Payments solution is available.
